Re airdrop step by step tutorial
The Re airdrop is Re Points Season 2, a points campaign for wallets that hold the reUSD and reUSDe tokens, with higher multipliers for putting them to work elsewhere. On the 27 October 2026 check the season is running: it began on 1 June 2026 and is slated to last about six months. Taking part means holding one of the two tokens, which Re states are open only to eligible non-U.S. persons and carry KYC/AML requirements.

What is Re?
Re is a protocol that turns reinsurance premiums into two tokens, reUSD and reUSDe, which Re limits to eligible non-U.S. persons in permitted jurisdictions.
reUSD is the senior tranche. Re pitches it on steady yield from premiums, redemption on demand, and being the last to take losses. reUSDe is the mezzanine tranche, aimed at higher returns from real-world premiums that are not tied to how crypto markets move.
Re also runs a points programme around the two tokens, and a RE token is referenced in its docs. The Re app is where a connected wallet shows its balance, allocation and points history.
How Re works
Re divides exposure to reinsurance premiums into a senior and a mezzanine tranche, and each tranche is its own token: reUSD for the senior one, reUSDe for the mezzanine one. Which token a wallet holds decides which tranche it is in.
Holding either token earns Re Points. The app's Earning Opportunities list adds lending markets, yield trading and liquidity provision, and each entry shows its multiplier and daily points, with higher multipliers than holding alone. A points page in the app shows a wallet's earnings and leaderboard rank.
Points are counted in seasons. Season 1 ran from 3 August 2025 through 31 May 2026 and set aside 7% of the RE supply, which eligible participants received on a linear basis. Season 2 began on 1 June 2026, is slated to run for approximately six months, and has a minimum of 3.5% of the RE supply allocated.
Re has not announced a claim date for Season 2 or a launch date for RE. A referral feature gives both the referred wallet and the referrer a 6% points benefit.
