What is Action Model?
Action Model is a project building what it calls a community-owned Large Action Model, an AI that learns from what people do online and in software rather than only from what they write. Its homepage sets this against language models, which are built around producing text, while action models are built to carry out tasks.
The project describes three products. A browser extension gathers training from its users. ActionFi pays people for completing verified tasks on partner platforms, and those tasks train the model. Actionist creates AI agents that operate a computer's mouse, keyboard and display on a user's behalf, and the project presents it as the tool for automating personal work.
Action Model says ownership sits with the people who contribute training. In its description, the model belongs to a Foundation, and the Foundation belongs to LAM token holders. It also states that the extension does not collect personal data.
How Action Model works
The browser extension stays off until a user turns it on. While active, it logs the interactions with web pages that show how a piece of work is carried out. Sensitive sites, password entries and payment fields are skipped by default. Settings let a user stop training, exclude sites or traffic types, and look back at or erase recorded sessions.
Contributions are rewarded in LAM Points. They come from five routes: time spent training, ActionFi tasks, referrals, quests, and workflows a contributor creates that other people end up using. How many points an activity earns depends on whether it is verified, how good it is and the program rules in force at the time.
Points act as a running record of verified contributions. The project intends to swap them for LAM when the token launches, but it has announced no date, conversion rate or total amount.
Action Model is invite only, so a referral code is needed to join.
The LAM airdrop
The campaign pays LAM Points, which are intended to convert to LAM at the token launch; no date or conversion rate has been announced. Joining requires a referral code, since the project is invite only. Points come from training with the extension, ActionFi tasks, referrals, quests and publishing workflows, judged on verified activity and contribution quality.
Step by step: how to get the LAM airdrop
Stay safe: a real airdrop never asks for your seed phrase or private key. Use only the official links on this page, and treat any message that offers help with a claim as a scam.
Step 1: Get a referral code
Action Model is invite only. The project points people to its Discord and Telegram to find a code, and says community members also share theirs on X.
Step 2: Register on the training site
Create your account on the Action Model sign-up page, using a referral code from step 1 if the form asks for one.
Step 3: Install the browser extension
Add the extension from the Chrome Web Store listing. The project says it is also installable in other browsers.
Step 4: Train the model
Switch the extension on while you browse. Its training settings let you block websites or traffic types and pause training at any time.
Step 5: Add ActionFi tasks, quests and referrals
Complete partner tasks through ActionFi, join quests and invite others with your own referrals to add to your LAM Points.
Step 6: Follow official updates
The project says LAM Points are intended to convert to LAM at the Token Generation Event and that updates will appear on its dashboard and community channels.

Is the Action Model airdrop still live?
- Yes. As of 28 October 2026, the Action Model homepage still invites people to install the extension, train the model and earn LAM Points, and its FAQ says new users can still earn. The conversion of points to LAM is tied to a token launch for which no date has been announced.
