What is American Fortress?
American Fortress is a privacy and naming project for digital assets. Its main product, FortressName, lets a person reserve a reusable @name that others can pay, in place of copying long wallet addresses. The name resolves to fresh addresses on supported integrations, and a supported recipient wallet shows the name of the sender.
The project also describes SafeSend, a ZK-powered transaction privacy layer designed without mixing, tumbling or pooled funds. Selective-disclosure tools are meant to let a user hand relevant records to a chosen counterparty, auditor or institution, and the project calls the design entirely non-custodial.
For developers, American Fortress offers an SDK aimed at wallet- and chain-level integration, and it lists quantum-resistant key derivation and signing as research for future releases.
How American Fortress works
A user chooses an @name once and uses it across supported networks. A sender types the name, and on supported integrations it resolves to a stealth address derived for that transaction, so on-chain observers see the receiving address rather than a public name directory. The project shows network availability wherever FortressName integrations are live or in testing.
The Loyalty Program runs on a separate rewards site. A wallet is connected there, points are earned by contributing to the growth of the American Fortress community, and points from social activity update daily. Once signed in, a history view lists earned points and rewards.
The project has not announced what the points convert to, a snapshot date, a claim date or an amount. Its main site describes AF as a planned utility token for name-registry and privacy-layer operations, with utility, availability and launch timing still subject to final technical and legal review.
The American Fortress loyalty points airdrop
The campaign pays loyalty points, not a token. People earn points by contributing to the growth of the American Fortress community, and points from social activity update daily. A wallet is connected on the rewards site to take part. American Fortress has published no link between the points and AF, and no amount or date for any payout.
