Potential airdrop

Firewall airdrop: potential, not confirmed

As of 2 November 2026, no Firewall airdrop is open to join: the project's site lists no tasks, claim or rewards program. It is listed because its October 2025 "Proof of Tech" post introduces the first stage of a testnet for the Safe Sequencer and calls user and technical feedback valuable. Using Firewall today means reading about safe blockspace and browsing its testnet explorer.

Potential airdrop: nothing to join yet · checked 2 November 2026

As of 2 November 2026, Firewall runs a testnet for its Safe Sequencer, introduced in its October 2025 "Proof of Tech" post. Firewall's own site lists no airdrop task, claim or rewards program to join.

A potential airdrop is not a campaign: Firewall may never hold one, and using it may earn you nothing.

Is there a Firewall airdrop? Not as of 2 November 2026: here is the testnet signal behind its listing and how to start using Firewall.

What is Firewall?

Firewall is a project building what it calls safe blockspace: a smart contract network design in which theft counts as an invalid action. Its homepage contrasts this with current chains, which verify a signature and a fee balance, by adding a further test of whether a transaction takes user assets.

The first component is the Safe Sequencer, which runs an AI model and pattern checks inside the execution client's EVM. These checks judge each transaction before it is added to a block. Firewall says the design stays non-custodial by anchoring to Ethereum.

Firewall's October 2025 "Proof of Tech" post says its chain is currently built on a fork of the OP-Stack and runs the Safe Sequencer.

How Firewall works

Firewall's Safe Sequencer decides which transactions enter a block. It inspects each transaction's intent using dynamic analysis, which examines behavior while code runs, and keeps out any transaction that would drain a smart contract. The product page says the AI model looks for anomalies while exploit proofs look for patterns.

Two safeguards cover wrong calls. A transaction judged provably malicious is not dropped but included later, and a user wrongly flagged can still get their assets out by going through Ethereum's L1.

To show this, Firewall recreated the Kyber exploit on a Base testnet and on its own testnet. The attack drains the pool on Base, while on Firewall's testnet the sequencer does not include the attacker's transaction, and the explorer shows it under a Blocked tab.

On rewards, the Proof of Tech post says a typical testnet launch sets off months to years of user activity, and that this makes little sense to the team. The same post states the team has little interest in wallet connections made only to report UI issues, or in contracts deployed and transactions sent for no purpose beyond generating activity. Firewall's site and that post give no points system, reward amount or token name.

Why Firewall is a potential airdrop

Firewall is listed as a potential airdrop for one reason: its October 2025 "Proof of Tech" post introduces the first stage of a testnet for the Safe Sequencer and says user and technical feedback is valuable. As of 2 November 2026, Firewall's site offers no airdrop tasks, claim or rewards program, so there is nothing to take part in today.

  • Testnet feedback

Firewall's Proof of Tech post presents the first stage of its testnet and says user and technical feedback gathered during it is valuable to the team.

How to start using Firewall

These steps are for using Firewall itself. There is no airdrop to take part in, so nothing here qualifies you for one.

Stay safe: a real airdrop never asks for your seed phrase or private key. Use only the official links on this page, and treat any message that offers help with a claim as a scam.

  1. Step 1: Read the product page

Open the Firewall product page to see how the Safe Sequencer inspects transactions and what happens when a transaction is wrongly flagged.

  2. Step 2: Read the Proof of Tech post

The Proof of Tech post walks through the Kyber exploit recreation on a Base testnet and on Firewall's testnet.

  3. Step 3: Open the testnet explorer

Browse transactions and verified contracts on the Firewall testnet explorer.

  4. Step 4: Check the Blocked tab

The explorer's Blocked page lists the attack transaction the sequencer refused to include, which the post calls the correct result.

  5. Step 5: Inspect the Kyber checker contract

Open the Kyber Vulnerability Checker on Firewall's testnet. The post says it shares an address with the one on the Base testnet, so you can compare the two.

Firewall airdrop FAQ

Is there a Firewall airdrop?

No. As of 2 November 2026, Firewall runs no airdrop and its own site announces none. It is listed because its October 2025 Proof of Tech post introduces the first stage of a testnet for the Safe Sequencer and calls user and technical feedback valuable. The site gives no tasks, claim or points program.

What is the Firewall testnet?

It is the chain Firewall uses to demonstrate its Safe Sequencer. The Proof of Tech post says it is currently built on a fork of the OP-Stack, and that a recreated Kyber exploit succeeds on a Base testnet but is blocked on Firewall's testnet.

How do you start using Firewall?

You can read the product page and the Proof of Tech post, then open the testnet explorer and its Blocked page to see the filtered attack transaction. The site's pages describe no sign-up, wallet connection or task list for the testnet.

Which chain does Firewall run on?

Firewall's testnet is currently built on a fork of the OP-Stack, according to its October 2025 post. The site also says its mechanisms are anchored to Ethereum, and the product page says the system is built on Ethereum to uphold censorship-resistance.
