What is Nexchain?
Nexchain is a Layer 1 blockchain that puts AI into the network itself and aims for quick, cheap transactions.
The whitepaper calls the network EVM-compatible, with a built-in check on transactions as its main feature. A wallet or app shows a risk rating for a transaction ahead of the user's signature. Because the execution layer is EVM-based, Solidity contracts and popular wallets are described as carrying over with minimal adjustment.
The roadmap lists a beta testnet as completed and the network launch with validators as an upcoming step. The audits listed on the site cover only the NEX token contract.
How Nexchain works
Nexchain's risk layer works as a pipeline on a candidate transaction before signature: it gathers signals, extracts features, scores the transaction low, medium or high with its main contributing factors, and shows the result in the wallet or app. The whitepaper says that if scoring cannot be produced, transactions proceed unscored instead of the network halting, and it describes the pipeline as still in active development.
