Warden Protocol's PUMPs for WARD airdrop: earn PUMPs through swaps, deposits and activity in the Warden app, then convert them into WARD.

What is Warden Protocol?

Warden Protocol is an onchain trading and AI agent platform. Its homepage describes it as a place to find and trade tokens, stocks and real-world assets on four chains, including Base and BNB Chain.

The product has several parts. An AI chat agent lets users operate in plain language, and the Agent Hub is a directory of specialised AI agents for trading, investing and DeFi automation, which Warden compares to an app store for Web3 agents. An AI Trading Terminal covers crypto perps and tokenized stocks with Messari Signals built into the workflow, and BetFlix is a swipe-based trading game.

Developers can also publish agents on Warden, and the project runs an Agent Builder Incentive Programme for them. Its whitepaper is titled "The Network Layer for the Agent Economy", and WARD is the token tied to the network.

How Warden Protocol works

Warden works as a single app built around an AI chat agent that users can talk to in plain language. Users can also pick specialised agents from the Agent Hub, or trade perps and tokenized stocks in the trading terminal.

The campaign runs on PUMPs, a reward unit Warden hands out for swapping, depositing, referring others and general use of the app. Warden says PUMPs can be exchanged for WARD in an upcoming airdrop and also open special features. The February 2026 launch post covered the earlier round, called The Great Pump Off: rewards grow the longer a holder waits to claim, reaching the maximum at month six, and the amount is locked at the moment of claiming. The claim is one-time, and any remaining allocation returns to the Public Goods pool. Waiting longer also raises Allocation Power, which Warden described as giving priority access to future airdrops.

The same post said Season 4 would kick off immediately. Warden has not published how many PUMPs a swap or deposit earns, the conversion rate to WARD, or a date for the upcoming airdrop.

The WARD airdrop

The campaign pays WARD, Warden's token, in exchange for PUMPs earned through activity in the Warden app, where swaps, deposits and referrals are the named ways to collect them. Warden says the exchange happens in an upcoming airdrop. The project has not given the amount per PUMP, the conversion rate or the date of that airdrop.
