The Xian GitHub Developer Airdrop lets developers claim Xian tokens, and the campaign is still open on the 1 November 2026 check date. Its airdrop site states that airdrops are currently available for Xian Network and that a developer is eligible to claim. Taking part means connecting a Xian wallet and a GitHub account, then claiming from that site. The site gives no amount per claim.

As of 1 November 2026, the Xian airdrop site says airdrops are currently available for Xian Network, and the project's homepage lists a "Build anything bounty campaign" under In Progress.

Xian's GitHub Developer Airdrop lets developers connect a wallet and a GitHub account on the airdrop site to claim Xian tokens, as of 1 November 2026.

What is Xian?

Xian is a Layer 1 blockchain whose smart contracts are written in native Python, with no transpiler needed. Its homepage aims it at Python developers, a group it puts at 13 million people, and says they can write contracts in a language they already use.

The network's native asset is XIAN, which pays gas and is used for governance. Developers are meant to earn from building: the project says they receive 68% of transaction fees on the contracts they deploy. The ecosystem the homepage describes includes a native wallet, a block explorer, automated governance and developer libraries such as xian-js and xian-py, plus a DEX where XIAN trades.

How Xian works

Contracts on Xian are plain Python files. The documentation's example contract marks its functions with @export and reaches the network's main token by importing currency. That example is a small vault in which each account can put in and take back out the main currency, with the contract remembering the balance for every account. Once written, a contract can be deployed to a testnet or mainnet with the Xian Wallet.

Fees are shared out rather than kept by the network: 111 million tokens were minted at genesis, 1% of gas is permanently burned, and contract developers receive 68% of fees.

The airdrop itself runs on a separate site. A developer connects a Xian wallet, connects GitHub and claims. That site gives no amount per developer, no eligibility rules beyond being a developer and no end date.

Separately, the homepage roadmap lists a Build anything bounty campaign as in progress, and its bounty section says no application is needed: build and get rewarded.

The XIAN airdrop

The campaign pays Xian tokens to developers. The airdrop site says a developer is eligible to claim, and the claim flow asks for a connected Xian wallet and a connected GitHub account. The site shows no amount per claim, no snapshot or deadline and no further requirements. Xian's homepage separately lists a bounty campaign for building on the network.
