Orange Finance airdrop FAQ
Is the Orange Finance airdrop still live?
- No. The Chapter 1 Orange Points snapshot was taken on 13 August 2024, and Orange Finance later said in its LP.fun transition post that Orange will not issue a token. That post set 2 March 2026 for stopping the backend and 31 March 2026 for retiring the legacy app and landing pages. The official site did not load on 27 October 2026.
Will Orange Finance launch the ORANGE token?
- No. When it launched the Orange Points program on 6 August 2024, Orange Finance scheduled its TGE for Q1 2025. Its later transition post reverses that: Orange Points will not have utility within Orange Finance, and Orange will not issue a token. The post also says the Orange brand is ending, with development moving to Plutus and its LP.fun product.
What happens to my Orange Points?
- They have no use within Orange Finance. The transition post says the points ledger will be carried forward as context by Plutus, which intends to use it in some form for future incentives. It also says any future Plutus incentives are separate from Orange Finance's transition, and it names no amount or date for them.
How did you qualify for Orange Points in Chapter 1?
- By signing up before the snapshot on 13 August 2024. Addresses earned points for their status in 21 partner protocols in the LPDfi and Arbitrum ecosystems, such as LP positions in Stryke CLAMM pools on Uniswap, SushiSwap and PancakeSwap, at 7,000 points per criterion, plus referral points. Orange Finance said just over 1,167 people took part.
Is Orange Finance legit, and was it hacked?
- Orange Finance was a real liquidity management protocol on Arbitrum. On 8 January 2025 all of its active vaults were exploited through a misconfigured multisig, with about $830,000 stolen, and its transition post says compensation for that incident was completed. Funds stay withdrawable through the contracts. The team said it will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys; never share them.
