What is Paradex?
Paradex is a privacy-first, zero-fee on-chain exchange built around perpetual futures, with options and spot markets in the same unified account. Its homepage describes trading across crypto, equities, FX and commodities, open 24/7, and says the project is incubated by Paradigm.
Accounts are zk-encrypted, which keeps positions, entry and exit points, liquidation levels and PnL out of view. Traders can choose isolated, cross or portfolio margin, and the exchange lists 250+ markets. Paradex runs on its own Layer 2, Paradex Chain (DimeVM), which the site says reaches 1,000 TPS and 2-second finality, secured by Ethereum ZK-proofs.
DIME is the native token of the Paradex ecosystem, and Xperience Points (XP) are the points through which the platform measures and rewards user engagement.
How Paradex works
On the exchange, one account holds perpetual futures, options and spot positions, with isolated, cross or portfolio margin to choose from. Options and futures can also be priced through RFQ, where Paradigm's market makers compete to quote a structure you request.
XP Warzone is the points layer. Paradex calls XP its universal metric for measuring and rewarding engagement, and its homepage says referral codes earn up to 10% XP from the people you refer. The homepage gives no list of tasks, no end date for the current season and no token amount tied to it.
XP has already converted once. A press release confirmed that 25% of the DIME fully diluted supply would be airdropped to all XP holders at TGE, and the Genesis post says DIME was to be claimable for two weeks through the Paradex interface from 5 March 2026.
