What is Quip Network?
Quip Network is a marketplace for quantum and classical computing, where compute is sold as credits. Its consumer side is listed as coming soon, with a waiting list for early access. Operators contribute hardware, from quantum processors to ordinary CPUs, and earn QUIP.
The project describes its mainnet as still to come: node operators earn QUIP for taking part today on a testnet, and are to resell excess capacity at spot rates when mainnet launches. Buyers and operators meet through a spot clearinghouse rather than fixed reservations.
How Quip Network works
Operators supply the processing power for Quip Network by running nodes, and the project pays them in QUIP. On the testnet, node operators earn QUIP for taking part now.
In the Quip Points campaign, QP come from four routes: the Quip account, QuipSwap, nodes and referrals. This list is not the full rulebook. Each sign-in to a Quip account earns 1 QP, up to 5 QP a day, and keeping value in the account adds a daily bonus in three tiers: 10 QP for an account worth $10 or more, 20 QP from $100, and 30 QP from $1,000. Each swap on QuipSwap earns 5 points, up to 15 swaps a day, and a paper swap earns 1 point, up to 5 a day. Node operators earn points for qblocks mined and blocks won, with each qblock won adding 20 points and a weekly cap of 2,000 QP. Referrals earn points for each person who joins through a referrer's link and creates an account, and the project does not state an amount per referral.
A revealed Quantum Echo (QFT) held in the account multiplies swap and value-secured points only. Every route requires the Quip wallet's parent wallet to be linked to an X account that follows @quipnetwork. Points convert to QUIP at TGE based on leaderboard position. 10% of QUIP's initial supply is set aside for community programs, each campaign's share is set at TGE, and Quip Network gives no date for that event yet.

Step by step: how to get the QUIP airdrop

Step 1: Open the Quip Points site
Go to the Quip Points site, which shows the campaign as live, and sign in to see your points and the leaderboard.
Step 2: Link an X account and follow @quipnetwork
The Quip wallet's parent wallet must be linked to an X account, and that account must follow @quipnetwork. Both are listed as prerequisites for every earning route.
Step 3: Sign in to your Quip account daily
Sign in at the Quip account app. Each sign-in earns 1 QP, up to 5 QP a day.
Step 4: Swap on QuipSwap
Trade on the order book at QuipSwap. Each swap earns 5 points when the traded value is above $0.01 and the swap settles on chain, up to 15 swaps a day. Points can take up to 1 hour to appear.
Step 5: Run a node
Set up a testnet node using the node guide. Points are paid for qblocks mined and blocks won, up to 2,000 QP a week plus 20 points per qblock won.
Step 6: Refer new users
Take your referral link from the Quip Points site. You earn points for each person who joins through it and creates an account.
