What is SOON?
SOON is a rollup project that brings the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM) to other blockchains. Its documentation groups the work into three products: SOON Mainnet, SOON Stack and InterSOON. The project's site announces SOON Mainnet as live, settling on Ethereum, BNB Chain and Base, while the docs describe SOON Mainnet as a general-purpose Layer 2 that settles on Ethereum.
