Quest platform
Also called quest, quest campaign
A quest platform is a service where projects post tasks, such as following a social account or making an on-chain transaction, and reward users who complete them with points, NFTs or tokens. Galxe is a large example. Its docs describe Galxe Quest as a no-code tool that connects projects with users through reward-based loyalty programs and claim more than 22 million users. Its task settings cover community actions on X, Discord, Telegram, YouTube and GitHub, surveys, and on-chain checks such as holding an NFT, a wallet balance, a Snapshot vote or a contract query. Rewards can be points, OATs, NFTs, tokens or Discord roles.
A completed quest is not a promise of an airdrop: the project decides what, if anything, the points or badges become. Galxe also notes that its default X verification counts the intent to follow or repost without confirming the action happened, and that minting OAT rewards on nine chains carries a $0.08 claim fee. On-chain tasks are real transactions, so open quests from the project's own links; see airdrop points programs.
